准分子激光角膜上皮下磨镶术中运用丝裂霉素C对角膜内皮细胞的影响

摘要 目的探讨准分子激光角膜上皮下磨镶术(LASEK)中应用丝裂霉素c(MMC)对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法近视患者40例77眼随机分为两组行LASEK治疗,激光切削后术中应用质量浓度为0.02%的MMC滤纸片覆盖在角膜基质床上,分别持续15s和1min,分别于术前和术后3、6、12个月观察角膜内皮细胞密度和形态。结果术前与术后的内皮细胞密度、变异系数和六角形细胞百分比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小样本的研究表明,LASEK术中应用MMC是一种防止haze发生的较安全的方法,但对屈光手术的安全性尚需大样本的长期临床观察。
