组织多普勒对原发性高血压病左室舒张功能的评价 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨组织多普勒超声心动图(TDI)评价原发性高血压病(EH)患者左室舒张功能的价值。方法利用TDI对30例EH患者及30例正常人二尖瓣前后叶瓣环舒张期的峰值流速进行检测、分析。结果EH患者舒张早期峰值流速(Ea)、舒张早期峰值流速/舒张晚期峰值流速(Ea/Aa)明显低于正常组;伴有左室心肌肥厚EH患者的Ea、Ea/Aa又低于无左室心肌肥厚的EH患者。结论DTI是检测EH患者的早期舒张功能受损的可靠指标,并揭示合并有心肌肥厚的EH患者其左室舒张功能降低更明显。
