Let Golden Week and Paid Holiday Exist Together

自1999年开始实行的"黄金周"假日制度,在刺激消费,拉动内需,促进经济发展和改善人民生活,提高生活品质方面发挥了巨大作用。但是,随着时间的推移,这一制度的弊端也逐渐显现。本文对实行黄金周制度的利弊进行了分析,认为消除黄金周弊端的最好办法是全面实行带薪休假制度。在无法全面实行带薪休假制度时,应该让黄金周与带薪休假制度和谐并存。

Since 1999, our country start to carry out the golden week holiday system, which shows great effort on stimulating the digest, fuelling economic growth,improving people＇ s lifes, and raising the quality of people＇ s life. However, the negative influences of the golden week holiday system revealed gradually as time goes on. In his article the advantages and disadvantages of the golden week were analyzed . The best way is to let golden week and paid holiday exist together as the paid holiday can not be put into practice completely.
