借鉴国外先进监管模式完善我国银行监管制度

Draw on Advanced Foreign Banking Supervision and Improve China's Banking Supervision

一直以来,银行监管都是金融业乃至整个社会经济稳健运行的基本保证,其不仅关系到金融行业的安全,更关系到整个社会经济的稳定。本文针对我国银行业已全面对外开放和全球化金融危机蔓延的客观现实,分析了我国银行监管的现状及存在的问题,在借鉴英美国家银行监管经验的基础上,提出了完善和加强我国银行监管的对策。

Banking supervision has been the financial industry as a whole socio -economic basic guarantee for the stable operation. It is not only related to the financial sector safety, But also related to the entire soeio -economic stability. Because of the full liberalization of China＇ s banking industry and the global financial crisis, this article analyses the status quo of China＇ s banking supervision and existence of the problems, learnsfrom the experience of Anglo - American countries banking supervision,and makes the solution of improvement and strength the China＇ s banking supervision.
