摘要
现代教育的改革与发展拓展了教师的职能,特别是基础教育课程改革要求教师担当起多种角色。传统的高师教育在学科本位和知识本位的理论取向下,忽视了对师范生从教能力的培养。高师院校应深化改革,采取切实有效的措施,加强对师范生从教能力的培养,提高师范生的从业素质,为基础教育输送合格的新型师资。
Teacher's function are greatly expanded with the reform and development of modem education, especially when the curriculum reform on elementary education requires teachers play kinds of roles in teaching. Having been focusing on disciplinary study and pure knowledge learning, traditional high -level normal education ignored the development of students' ability in practical teaching. So teachers' colleges and universities should deepen the reform and take effective measures to strengthen the training of students' practical ability in teaching, to improve students' qualities for employment and send qualified new -type teaching staffs to basic education.
