辣木通便作用研究初探

Cathartic Effects of Moringa Oleifera in Mice

目的:研究辣木的通便效果。方法:以辣木叶为原料,通过制成干叶浸提浓缩液鲜叶榨汁液对小白鼠进行灌胃试验,利用复方地酚诺酯建立小鼠便秘模型,研究辣木叶对小白鼠润肠通便功能的影响。结果:辣木干叶浸提浓缩液能显著缩短小白鼠首次排便时间,并能增加小白鼠的排便质量和粪便粒数。灌以辣木鲜叶榨汁液的小白鼠比灌以辣木干叶浸提浓缩液的小白鼠的通便功能增强。结论:辣木具有通便功能。

Objective：Sdtuy on Cathartic activity of Moringa.Methods： Cathartic activity of mice was investigated by feeding the concentrated extraction from Moringa dry leaves,Cathartic effects in mice intestine was evaluated in a constipation model of Phenols Connaught ester.Results： It was found that Moringa oleifera reduced the defecation time of mice for the first time,increased the faeces pellets of mice and improved lts defecation weight,This shows that Moringa oleifera has significantly cathartic effects in mice.furthermore,the green leaf feed had better catharsis in mice than the concentrated feed from Moringa dry leaves did.Conclusion： Moringa oleifera has significantly cathartic effects in mice.
