摘要
学分制是较为先进的教学管理制度。高职院校实施学分制具有重要的现实意义。目前高职院校实施学分制受内外因素制约，应从转变办学观念，加强师资队伍建设、合理开发教育资源、重构课程体系等方面加以推动。
The credit system is an advanced educational management system. It is of great importance to put it into practice. The implementation of credit system is conditioned by subjective and objective factors. We should change school-operating concepts, strengthen the construction of the faculty, develop educational resource and reconstruct curriculum system.
