摘要
人才培养方案的制定要立足当地经济，服务区域经济，体现高职高专办学特色。通过对专业群规划与设置下的专业人才培养方案的设计，提出了一套高职院校会计专业人才培养方案的基本框架，为推进高职院校的专业建设及教育教学改革提供明确的思路与方案。
Talents training programs should be formulated according to the local economy and reflects the characteristics of higher vocational colleges. A basic framework is constructed in order to cultivate accounting talents in higher vocational colleges.
