摘要 存活心肌的评估对于指导临床治疗和判断预后非常重要。目前评价存活心肌的方法主要有超声心动图、核素心肌显像、磁共振成像等。选择合适的评价方法,对那些有存活心肌的患者进行合理的血运重建术,可改善患者预后。 Detection of myocardial viability is very important to guide clinical treatments and judge the prognosis.There are several methods to evaluate myocardial viability.It is very important to select suitable method for evaluation of the patients who have viable myocardium,which can provide scientific evidences for reasonable revascularization to improve prognosis.
