新时期党性党风教育的新思考——以中国延安干部学院为例

New Thinking on Education of Party Spirit and PartyWork Style in New Period:Taking Case of CELAY

党性教育是党校教育的核心,中国延安干部学院在党性教育方面探索出了现场教学等特色鲜明的教育方式,积累了相当丰富的经验。在新时期开展党性教育,一方面需要科学评估不同培训对象的党性学习需求,另一方面按照历史与现实相结合、理论与实践相结合、道理和思想相结合的要求,深挖和转换历史资源,科学规划和安排相应的党性教育模块,充分发挥学员的主体性,创新现场教学、案例教学等不同党性教育方式方法,切实提高党性教育的针对性,实现中国延安干部学院党性教育的新发展。

The party spirit education is the key of party school. China Executive Leadership Academy Yan＇ an （ the CELAY） has explored pattern of party spirit education with obvious characteristics such as the case teaching of scene experience, and accumulated rich experiences. For the party spirit education in new period, we should on the one hand appraise the trainee＇ s need for party spirit education, and on the other hand, we should, according to the requests of integrating the history with the realities, the theory and the practice, the morality and the thought, study profoundly and transform the historical resources, plan and arrange scientifically the parts of party spirit education, display fully the trainee＇ s enthusiasm as main body and innovate the ways to party spirit education and raise really the level of party spirit education. Only through above can the CELAY＇ s new development be realized.
