How to develop the Yan＇an Spirit and strengthen the cadre＇ s party spirit education is a vital issue in new time. China Executive Leadership Academy Yan＇ an （ the CELAY ） , based on the realities of cadre education, innovates the ideas of cadre training and launches the consolidation activities after training by ways of reporting study achievements, giving a party lecture and organizing a conference of discussion. The activities provide the CELAY with a new road to extend the training chain, develop the training room, consolidate the training achievements and enlarge the training effect.
