摘要
分析了水稻红莲型粤泰不育系和保持系黄化苗、单核、二核、三核期花药约3000条mRNA,共观察到24条差异带,差异率为0.8%.说明绝大多数mRNA均是组成型表达.24条差异带中约50%的带银染着色深,其余的染色很浅.黄化苗期末能观察到差异带,单核期差异带为4条,二核期7条,三核期11条,另有2条差异带在保持系三核期出现而单核和二核期不存在.
mRNAs from etiolated seedlings, uninucleate, binucleate and trinucleate anthers in Yue Tai CMS rice and its maintainer lines were analysed. ① 24 differential bands were found in the test. The differential frequence is only 0.8 percent. This suggested that most of the mRNAs were constitutively expressed. ② About half of the differential bands could be deeply stained by AgNo 3, while the rests were only lightly stained. ③ There is no differential band in yellow seedling stage, while in uninucleate, binucleate and tri nucleate stages there existed 4、7 and 11 differential bands, respectively. Two bands only existed in trinucleate stage of the maintainer lines.
