外剥内扎侧切术配合中药治疗环状混合痔216例疗效观察

Therapeutical Efficacy of the Combined Therapy of the Procedure of External Dissection, Internal Ligation and Side Incision plus Herbal Drug in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids of 216 Cases

为探讨外剥内扎侧切术配合中药益气活血剂治疗环状混合痔的疗效，对我院收治的216例环状混合痔患者行外痔剥离、内痔结扎加侧方部分括约肌切断术，另外配合中药益气活血剂口服治疗。结果显示，216例患者均一次性治愈；创面平均愈合时间为16d；无严重并发症及后遗症。结果表明，外剥内扎侧切术配合中药益气活血剂治疗环状混合痔疗效肯定。

The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the combined therapy of the procedure dissection of the external hemorrhoids, ligation of the internal hemorrhoids and side incision of partial sphincter plus oral intake of traditional herbal drugs for supplement of qi and activation of blood cir- culation. Two hundreds and sixteen patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid who had been admitted, in author＇s hospital underwent this combined procedure plus herbal drug intake. As results, primary cure was obtained in all these cases,average wound healing time was 16 days,no severe complications and se- quelae were found. It is concluded that the above-mentioned combined therapy can ensure a definite better therapeutic efficacy.
