改良外剥内扎加外痔切口缝合术治疗混合痔40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Combined Procedure of Improved External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation plus Suture of the External Hemorrhoid Incision in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids of 40 Cases

为观察改良外剥内孔加外痔切口缝合术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，将80例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组采用改良外剥内扎加外痔切口缝合术治疗，对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗。观察术后排尿障碍、创口疼痛、创面水肿、出血、创面愈合时间等疗效指标。结果显示，观察组术后排尿障碍、创口疼痛、创面水肿、出血、创面愈合时间均优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结果表明，改良外剥内扎加外痔切口缝合术治疗混合痔优于传统外剥内扎术。

For the objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of the following combined therapy for mixed hemorrhoids,80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomized into two groups（40 cases in each group）. Patients in the study group underwent the combined procedure of improved external dissection internal ligation plus suture of external hemorrhoid incision,while patients in the control group underwent the traditional procedure of external dissection and internal ligation only. The postoperative indexes of dys- uria,wound pain,edema at the wound,hemorrhage and wound healing were observed. As results,the above- mentioned indexes in the study group were better than that in the control group（ P d0.05）. It is concluded that this combined procedure is better than the traditional One.
