摘要
合成了侧链含染料发色团的聚氨酯-酰亚胺(PUI),采用红外光谱、示差量热扫描、热失重分析等手段对合成的PUI进行了表征.用阿贝折射仪测定了聚合物溶液在自然光和一系列单波长光下的热光系数;利用折射率和热光系数,计算了聚合物的介电常数、介电热光系数、体积热膨胀系数和体积热膨胀系数随温度的变化率.结果表明,不同浓度(2.5%~10.0%)的聚合物溶液在自然光下的热光系数值为(-2.9816^-4.1449)×10-4℃-1,体积热膨胀系数随温度的变化率为(4.85~9.66)×10-7℃-1;一定浓度的聚合物溶液在不同单波长(632~532 nm)光照射下的热光系数值为(2.6784~2.9973)×10-4℃-1,体积热膨胀系数随温度的变化率为(4.12~5.22)×10-7℃-1.含染料发色团的聚氨酯-酰亚胺对研制新型数字热光开关材料具有一定的意义.
The side-poly(urethane-imide)(PUI) containing dye chromophore was synthesized.The PUI was characterized by infrared spectrum(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA).The thermo-optic coefficients of polymer solution by using Abbé refractometer were demonstrated at natural light and a series of single wavelength lights,respectively.The values of refractive index and thermo-optic coefficient were used to calculate the dielectric constant,its variation with temperature,volume expansion coefficient and its variation with temperature.The thermo-optic coefficient and volume expansion coefficient variation with temperature were(-2.9816~-4.1449)×10-4 and(4.85~9.66)×10-7 ℃-1(2.5%~10.0%,natural light),(2.6784~2.9973)×10-4 and(4.12~5.22)×10-7 ℃-1(different single wavelength light,632~532 nm),respectively.The conclusion has potential significance to develop new digital optical switch with low driving power and optical communication components.
