摘要
在50 mL圆底烧瓶中,通过乙二醇溶液制备了锆配合物Zr(OCH2CH2O)2,然后将溶液直接水解制备纳米ZrO2粉体.产物Zr(OCH2CH2O)2通过红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振进行表征,纳米ZrO2通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)进行表征.实验表明,前驱体中含有OCH2CH2O基团,可以有效克服水解与煅烧过程中的团聚现象,经400℃煅烧2 h得到的纳米ZrO2粉体,颗粒分散较好,粒径在15~35 nm.
Zr(OCH2CH2O)2 was directly synthesized by using HOCH2CH2OH solution in a 50 mL-flask.The nano-ZrO2 powder was prepared by a direct sol-gel process of the above solution and the following dryness at 400 ℃ for 2 h.The product Zr(OCH2CH2O)2 was characterized by FT-IR,Raman spectra and NMR.XRD and TEM were used to investigate the structure of nano-ZrO2.The experiments show that Zr(OCH2CH2O)2 contains-OCH2CH2O-roup and can prevent hydrolysis and calcinations of the precursor from gathering.The nano-ZrO2 with the diameter of 15~35 nm was obtained in a high purity.
