摘要 教师是实施课程改革的关键。我国当前许多教师还停留在"技术熟练者"的角色,使得课程实施很难落到实处。新课程理念提倡教师主体参与课程开发,用创造性思维设计情境并在课程实施中进行反思性教学,高职教师迫切需要从"技术熟练者"走向"反思性实践家"。教师如何实现这一角色转变成为亟待解决的问题,这不仅需要教师自身的意识觉醒和主动改变,还要需要学校、课程专家等给予教师各方面的助力。 Teacher is the key factor affecting implementation of curriculum reform. Most of the higher vocational college' teachers are still stand in the role of Skilled Person, which makes difficulties to carry out the new curriculum. The new curriculum ideas not only call for teachers' participation in main in the curriculum development, but also need teachers' creative thinking in designing situational and teachers' reflective teaching in curriculum implementation, so it is important and urgent for vocational teachers to change the role from the Skilled Person to Rethought Practitioner. And how to achieve this transformation has become a serious problem, it not only needs teachers' awakening of self-awareness and initiative to change, but also needs the external help from college and curriculum experts.
