摘要
通过对日本"职业训练指导员"培养的课程目标、课程内容、课程实施及课程评价四方面的分析,其课程设置给我国职业院校"双师型"教师培养以如下启示:要突显"技术性、职业性"课程目标;强化"基本素质、专业知识、核心技能"课程内容;运用"现代信息技术及校企合作"等课程实施方式;通过建立"双师型"教师资格认定制度完善课程评价体系。
This paper analyzes the curriculum of vocational training instructor in Japan from the curriculum objective, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. Its curriculum can give China vocational college the following revelations for "Dual-qualification teacher" cultivation: Stand out the curriculum objective of technicality and profession.
