This essay aims to introduce CORPS model of NPOs by analyzing its core meaning and operational processes; and it also explicitly studies some of the related strategies based On CORPS model, including inter-organization cooperation strategy, commercialization strategy, switching strategy among C-R-P, vertical integration strategy, public relations strategy, and diversification strategy.
