高校党支部师生一体化工作模式初探

A General Probe into the Working Mode of Integration of Teachers and Students in the Chinese Communist Party Branches in Colleges

针对目前高校党支部,特别是学生支部存在的一些问题,提出了师生一体化的党支部工作模式并进行了工作实践,该模式在党的基层组织层面上实现教师和学生的结合,突出教师党员在党支部工作中的主导作用,增强党支部工作的针对性和有效性。

To solve the problems existing in the Chinese Communist Party branches in colleges, especially in Student branches, the new working mode is put forward and has been put into practice. On one hand, the mode focuses on the combination of teachers and students on the level of the basic organizations of the Chinese Communist Party and the stress on the dominant role in the Chinese Communist Party branch work played by the teachers has been laid. On the other hand, the aims and effectiveness of the Chinese Communist Party work are enforced.
