摘要
在独立学院学生工作中引入柔性管理是高等教育环境、大学内部组织特性和大学生思想心理特点的内在要求。独立学院学生柔性化管理的构建策略要以学生为中心、注重理想信念教育、注重情感感化和心理激励作用、注重自主管理、注重柔性文化等。
The introduction of flexible management in students' work of independent college is due to the requirement of higher education environment, the internal organization characteristics of the university, and students' ideological and psychological characteristics. The main strategies of building a flexible management in Independent college are: fostering the concept of flexible management in the base of student-centered idea; focus on education in ideals and beliefs to cultivate a sound personality; pay attention to emotional and psychological incentives; pay attention to psychological counseling, psychological education; focus on self-management to form a flexible management style; focus on flexible culture, building a harmonious campus. Independent college should pay attention to rigid-flexible combination in students' flexible management and the pursuit of a perfect ideal.
