试论高校师范生职业技能培养

A Thought and Exploration on Vocational Skills Development and Training of Normal University Students

高校师范生应具备多种职业技能,包括教学技能、班主任工作技能、语言文字和计算机技能。但是,师范生在对自己定位的问题上存在着模糊的意识,对于基本功的训练不够重视。因此,必须加强高校师范生职业技能培养和训练,要让学生树立信心,把握好定位,加强基本功与实践环节的训练,加强师范生综合素质培养,加强技能培养师资队伍的建设。

Normal university students should have a variety of vocational skills, including teaching skills, being head teacher skills as well as language and computer skills. However, some students don＇t have the clear sense about their self-position and don＇t pay enough attention to basic skills training. Therefore, normal university students must be strengthened by vocational skills development and training, elementary and practical training, and establish self-confidence and orientate themselves to enhance overall quality development and faculty building.
