摘要
岗位轮换制是图书馆改革的内容之一。实行岗位轮换制,可以全面提高人才队伍质量,增进员工的团结协作,实现人才的最佳配置,促进骨干队伍建设,创新工作局面,提升图书馆形象;有利于全面提高图书馆员的业务水平。实行岗位轮换制,要对图书馆员加强思想教育,要长期地、有计划地执行,把握好岗位轮换的频率、规模、做好岗前培训和岗上交流,建立科学的考评体系和奖励机制。
Job rotation system is one of the elements of library reform. Putting the job rotation system into practice can raise the overall talent quality, and enhance unity and cooperation of employees to achieve the best allocation of talents, promote the core team-building, innovation and work situation, upgrade the library image and improve the academic level of library staff. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the ideological education of librarians in long-term and implement it with plans, grasp the frequency and scale of rotation and, have a pre-job training and communication at work time, establish of a scientific evaluation system and incentive mechanisms.
