An Introduction to the Professional Development of German Technician and Its Implications to China

摘要本文介绍德国技师的职业概况,分析了工业技师对现代工业经济正常运转不可或缺的作用,厘清了大企业和中小企业技师岗位工作的异同点,以及他们在现代工业生产组织方式变革过程的作用,介绍了德国技师资格的基本内容,并提出加强我国技师队伍建设的建议。 This paper introduces the professional profile of the German Technician, analyses the important role that technicians play in modem industry, explains the work world of technicians, and also introduces the content of the qualification exam for technicians in Germany. Based on this, the authors give suggestions on strengthening the competence building of technicians in China.
