校企深度融合 努力增强职业道德教育实效——以重庆工程职业技术学院机电工程系为例

Strengthening the merger between Schools and Enterprises is an Effective way to Enhance Education on Professional Ethics

健康全面发展的高技能人才培养，需要把职业道德教育放在首位并贯穿在人才培养全程之中，切实增强其教育实效。重庆工程职业技术学院在对机电工程系学生实施职业道德教育过程中取得了显著成效，笔者对其具体实践进行了追踪研究，对其成功经验进行了梳理提炼，以便各兄弟院校在职业道德教育过程中遵循职业教育规律，紧贴专业、依托行业，走校企实质性融合道路，培养出越来越多受行业企业欢迎的德才兼备高技能人才。
