摘要
“行为导向”教育理念是建立模拟公司的教育哲学和理论基础，建立模拟公司是“行为导向”教育理念在实践中的成功探索。我国一些职业院校在丹麦和德国专家的帮助下，引入了“模拟公司”这一实践教学的新形式。实施资源整合，建立全社会的模拟公司体系是我国职业教育关于实训基地建设的发展归宿。
The educational idea of behavioral guidance is the theoretical foundation to establish simulated companies. Establishing simulated companies is a successful exploration of behavioral guidance. As a new teaching pattern, establishing simulated companies is still in the preliminary stage in China. The paper puts forward the countermeasures to the three existing issues.
