摘要
本文通过对115颗后牙完全性折裂的病因和治疗结果进行了分析，发现牙齿的完全性折裂以后牙常见，发生率上颌高于下颌，又以第一磨牙最为多见；115颗纵折后牙有85颗做过牙髓治疗，占73．91％，76颗做过完善的根管治疗，根据不同的折裂情况进行不同的处理，治疗结果满意。后牙的纵折，特别是折裂前已做过完善根管治疗的后牙，及时就诊、合理的结扎固定以及符合生理要求的全冠修复是治疗成功的关键。
The paper analyzes the cause and treatment results of 115 complete vertical fractured molars. The vertical fracture is common in molars, and the incidence of upper jaw teeth was higher than that of sub maxilla teeth, the first molars were most common among them; among 115 complete microtubule split molars, 85 molars（73.91%） had been treated by pulp therapy,76 molars had been treated by thorough pulp canal therapy. The treatment results were satisfied with different methods according to different kinds of vertical fractured molars. The key to successful therapy for those microtubule split molars, especially for those treated by thorough pulp canal therapy already were prompt treatment , reasonable reduction and fixation as well as complete crown rehabilitation with well physiological functions.
