摘要
植物叶片发育是植物枝条系统发育的关键问题,也是与桑树等叶用作物产量直接有关的关键因素。本文主要综述了植物发育生物学研究中关于叶片发育的相关进展,包括叶原基起始发育相关的KNOX(Knot-ted-like homeobox)基因及其调控基因PHAN(PHANTASTICA)及同源基因家族,叶片近轴化发育有关PHB-1d(PHABULOSA-1d)/PHV(PHAVOLUTA,叶片远轴化发育有关的YAB(YABBY),PHAN,控制叶片纵向ROT3(ROTUNDIFOLIA3-1)和横向发育的AN(AUGUSTIFOLIA)基因。并且综述了有关桑叶发育的有关基因MaPHAN克隆和进展。
Leaves are central to the life strategy of plant and the eventual source of foods on the planet. An understanding of the processes underlying leaf development thus provides an insight into the basic process in biology and have far - reaching significance on strategies to improve mulberry production, for the main target of mulberry products is leaf. The studying progress of leaf development was reviewed in the paper, including KNOX gene and its regular PHAN( PHAN- TASTICA ) gene in the initiation of the leaf primordium, PHB( PHABULOSA - 1d) /PHV( PHA VOLUTA )and YAB ( YAB- BY) ,PHAN gene on the establishment of dorsiventrality, and the development of a marginal meristem. AN(AUGUSTI- FOL/A) gene is the key gene in regulation the polar elongation of the leaf cell in the leaf- width direction and ROT3 (ROTUNDIFOLIA3 - 1 ) gene appears stimulate elongation of leaf cells specifically in the leaf - length direction. The progress achieved in mulberry study was also reviewed in the paper.
