肾上腺素能β_3受体的研究进展与临床应用探讨 被引量:2

摘要 用拮抗剂完全阻断β1和β2肾上腺素受体功能后,人类仍然存在显著地脂解作用,从而发现了肾上腺素β3受体(β3-AR)[1],自1989年以来,人们对不同种属的β3-AR先后克隆成功[2~3],且研究发现β3-AR通过负性肌力作用对心功能产生影响,其激动剂通过刺激白色脂肪组织的脂解作用和棕色脂肪组织的产热作用,起到抗肥胖作用;同时通过增加脂肪组织对胰岛素的敏感性和反应性,对2型糖尿病产生治疗作用;研究其机理会对心血管、肥胖和2型糖尿病的治疗有重大意义,结合中医整体观念思考目前临床用药亦会有所启迪。 Human body still have the lipolysis effect evidently after completely interdiction of theβ1 andβ2 adrenergic receptor with their blocking drugs respectively, and then people found theβ3-3adrenergic receptortor^[1]. Since the 1989s, people have cloned β3-AR of different heterogeneities one by one^[2-3] ,and it makes the influence to the function of heart though negative effect to the cardiac muscle. Its agonists have resistance to obesity by lipolysis of the WAT and thermogenesis of the BAT;at the same time,it can strengthen the sensitivity of the fat to the insulin ,and can give a treatment to the 2-3DM, its mechanism will have significance to their therapy. Combined with the TCM,we can get illumination in the clinic.
