摘要
实习生在校外实践教学过程中的绩效考核管理日益引起学校及实习酒店的重视,其目的是促进实习生个体发展、实现校外实习教学目标。在最近发展区理论的独特发展心理学视角中考察实习生绩效管理的概念、问题及趋势,探讨绩效管理与实习生发展间的关系,无疑具有极大的理论价值和实践意义。
Performance management of hotel interns in the course of practise outside has been emphasized by vocational insti- tutes and hotels, with its goal to facilitate interns development and realize teaching objectives. From the perspective of zone of proximal development ,studying the concepts ,problems and development trends of performance management of hotel interns is of great value both theoretically and practically.
