摘要
磷酸盐结合高铝制品具有耐压强度高、耐磨性和热震稳定性好等特点,广泛应用于工业窑炉中,本文重点探讨了粒度组成和热处理温度对制品性能的影响。在生产中通过调整骨料临界颗粒和大颗粒的加入量,经500~550℃热处理后的制品具有较好的使用性能。
Phosphate- bonded high- alumina products are with high compressive strength, good wear resistance and thermal shock stability,etc. They are used widely in industrial kilns. In this article,it is particularly analyzed the influenees of grain composition and heat treatment temperature on properties of phosphate - bonded high - alumina products. The products that are after 500 - 550 ℃ heat treatment are with better functional performances through adjusting the quantity of critical grain and coarse grain for aggregate added in the production.
