文章着重分析了近年来国际国内钢铁行业并购重组的特点,对包钢在企业并购重组方面所作的尝试和努力进行了详细阐述,初步设想了包钢在钢铁企业并购重组中宜采取的战略,并提出了有针对性的建议。

In this article,it is mainly analyzed the characteristics of international and domestic mergers and acquisitions in iron and steel industry recent years. Moreover,it is elaborated the attempt and efforts of Baotou Steel in corporate mergers and acquisitions in detail. Furthermore, the strategies should be taken by Baotou Steel in corporate mergers and acquisitions are tentatively conceived ,and some suggestion is put forward.
