Present situations of negligence responsibility in concluding Labor Contracts in China are described, and the necessity and feasibility of establishing negligence responsibility system for concluding labor contracts are illustrated. Legislative proposals are raised for establishing the negligence responsibility system for concluding labor contract in China.
