高校学生体育价值观与其校园文化耦合的路径选择

The Selection of Coupling Routines between Sport Values of University Students and University Campus Culture

高校学生体育价值观蕴含于高校校园文化,又独立于高校校园文化,研究表明二者之间具有交互影响、共同促进的动态关联关系。本文利用文献资料法,运用组织行为学、管理学、系统学等有关原理,阐述二者的耦合是可行且非常必要的,并进行二者耦合路径的选择。研究结论为(1)高校是学生体育价值观与其校园文化耦合的内部路径;(2)家庭是高校学生体育价值观与其校园文化耦合的辅助路径;(3)社会是学生体育价值观与其校园文化耦合的外部路径;(4)学生是体育价值观与其校园文化耦合的内化路径。高校校园应充分发挥其作用,营造健康向上的高校校园文化,引领学生建立积极的、健康的体育价值观,加强二者的耦合与共同发展。

Sport values of university students come from university campus culture, but not all. Researches show that there is alternate, stimulative and dynamic relationship between the two. Adopted method of documentary, and used related principles of Organizational Behavior, Management and Systematics, the feasibility and necessity of the coupling between sport values of university students and university campus culture was illustrated, and then, the selection of coupling routines were designed. The Results show that： （ 1 ） Universities is an internal path; （2） the family is the auxiliary path; （3） society is the external path; （4） students are in the path of the coupling routines between sport values of university students and university campus culture. At last we say that university should give full play to its role, to strengthen the coupling between sports values of university students and university campus culture.
