摘要
我国高等职业教育的发展需要一支素质优良、结构合理、专兼结合、特色鲜明、相对稳定的"双师型"教师队伍。面对专任教师来源单一、政策滞后、缺乏有效培训、人才引进困难、职称职务晋升困难等"双师型"教师培养的制约因素,我们应该通过增加财政支持、建立激励与制约相结合的有效机制、加强岗位实训、充实兼职教师队伍等途径克服这些困难。
"Double -quality teachers" with good quality and stability, reasonable structure, and distinctive features are needed in the development of higher vocational education in China. Facing the factors which restrict the training of "double -quality teachers", such as the single source of professional teachers, the backward policy, the lack of effective training, inefficient recruitment and difficult promotion, we should overcome these difficulties by increasing financial support, establishing an effective mechanism, enhancing practical training, as well as recruiting more part -time faculty, etc.
