摘要 鉴于传统教师的理想素质—内圣外王的浓厚泛道德主义和超功利色彩,指出中国教师要内外兼修,从策略和途径两个方面建构现代教师的专业素质,构筑以教师教育信念来统领的中国教师专业化大厦。 In view of traditional teacher's ideal quality-strong pan-moralism and ultra-utilitarian, Chinese teacher must be cultivated externally and internally, construct modern teancher's professional quality can be constructed from tactics and approaches.Chinese teacher Professionalizational building should lead by teacher's educational beliefs.
