西南5省区农村小学教育情况分析

An Analysis of Primary Education in Rural Areas of 5 Provinces and Autonomous Regions in the Southwestern of China

随着我国城乡义务教育改革不断向前推进,我国在全面免除城乡义务教育学杂费的进程中,迈出了具有里程碑意义的四大步。在这样的背景下,笔者收集了近几年来,西南5省(市、区)农村小学教育的数据,从宏观教育经费投入和微观学校管理的生师比等角度对这些省(市、区)农村小学的发展情况进行了一些分析并提出一些可行性建议,希望对西部省区农村教育的发展有所帮助。

As our country continue to move forward to the reform of compulsory education in urban and rural areas, we stepped out four strides which have milestone significance in the process of remitting China＇s urban and rural compulsory education in full tuition and fees. Against such a background, the author has collected 5 provinces （cities, districts） in southwestern of China in rural primary education data in recent years. This paper make a number of analysis of the development of rural primary schools in these provinces （cities, districts） from the view of the macro-investment in education funding and the ratio of students and teachers on micro-School Management , then put forward some feasibility suggestion. The author hope this article can do favor to the development of rural education in western provinces and autonomous regions.
