本文阐述了建立军队联合调处重大医疗纠纷机制的基本程序、应坚持的调解原则和需要树立的调处意识,并提出了建立军队调处重大医疗纠纷长效机制的初步想法。
The article discussed the basic procedure,principle and ideas of establishing military-local joint conciliation of major medical dispute.And the preliminary measures were proposed to establish the long-term mechanism of major medical dispute conciliation.
