摘要
本文在借鉴国外药师主导的住院患者用药安全教育的做法的基础上,结合国内现状,探讨了我国开展住院患者用药安全教育中药师须具备的知识和技能,用药安全教育环境,药师及患者须承担的角色,用药安全教育步骤,用药安全教育的内容、方法和途径等问题,以期为我国药师开展用药安全教育提供参考。
Referencing to the foreign practices of pharmacist-led inpatients medication safety education,the article probed into the knowledge and skills the pharmacist should grasp combining with the domestic conditions.Additionally,the following topics were also discussed,which were the proper environment for the education,the role the pharmacist and patients,the education step,the contents,methods and approach for the education.
