专家门诊实名制预约挂号失约率分析

Non-attendance of Real Name Based Pre-registration Patients at Specialist Clinics

目的:分析专家门诊实名制预约挂号的失约影响因素,提出降低失约率的措施。方法:以本院门诊预约预约等待时间大于等于1天的登记者为研究对象,共5 585人次,回顾性分析预约者特征和预约行为。结果:失约率为20.6%,影响失约率的因素有预约登记身份证件齐全程度、专家出诊时间、预约等候时间、是否初诊患者及专科类别。结论:完善预约方式,合理调整资源配置,可有助于降低失约率。

Objective：To assess the characteristics of the patients who made appointments for specialist clinics by real name based pre-registration system and analyze the influencing factors for non-attendance.Moreover to propose methods for lowering the possibility of missed appointments.Method：In this study the patients were selected with that waiting time is equal to or more than one day in the pre-registration system.There were 4279 patients or 5585 appointments eligible for the study.A retrospective survey was conducted on the characteristics of the patients and related factors of the appointments.Results：There were 20.6% patients who missed appointments.The factors influencing non-attendance rate were as follows：the complete degree of identity documents,a specialist＇s clinic time,length of waiting time,whether first visit to the hospital and the difference of specialist.Conclusions：To change the style of appointments for specialist clinics and to reallocate the supplier＇s resources will be helpful to lower non-attendance rate.
