某儿童医院门诊量变动特征及对策

Characteristics and Countermeasures of Outpatients in A Pediatric Hospital

目的：通过对十堰市某儿童医院5年门诊量进行分析,总结当地儿童医院门诊量的季节变化规律,以便科学、合理的安排门诊工作。方法：收集某＂三甲＂医院所属儿童医院门诊量资料,运用季节指数分析法及Excel的统计函数作时间序列的统计分析。结果：该医院的门诊工作量具有明显的季节特征,月度季节特征：每年的5-11月是该院一年中的旺季,其余为淡季,其中7月最高,2月最低;周内季节特征：双休日是高峰日,周四、周五是低谷日。结论：该院的门诊量季节变化特征具有明显的季节特征,并呈周期性变动,在制定该院的年度工作计划、日常工作安排时,可作为重要的参考依据。

Objective：To summarize the seasonal trend of the pediatric outpatients by analyzing the pediatric outpatient quantity in a hospital.Methods：The time prospective approach was analyzed with the methods of prospective approach of seasonal index and statistic functions of Excel.Results：It was showed that the pediatric outpatient fastigium appeared from May to November and July was the highest point,while the bottom appeared in the rest and February was the lowest in one year.In a week,Saturday and Sunday were the highest while Thursday and Friday were the lowest.Conclusion：Our results showed that the pediatric outpatient quantity fluctuated with the character of season periodicity and we can make work plan according to it.
