摘要
目的:了解直招卫生士官的基本状况,为进一步做好教育、管理及使用提供参考依据。方法:通过问卷调查、召开座谈会及个别访谈对81名直招士官进行调查。结果:直招士官学历知识结构基本合理,但25.9%的人专业知识结构与卫生士官岗位不符;大部分人入伍动机端正,但有50.6%的人认为就业压力是其入伍的一个重要原因,有70%的人对岗位性质不了解,70.4%想到条件较好的师、旅医院工作,近10%的人条件艰苦打算提前退役。结论:直招卫生士官基本状况良好,但应加强入口把关及相关宣传,大部分人对士官岗位及艰苦环静思想准备不足,需全面加强教育、引导。
Objective:To investigate the present situation of directly enlisted medical noncommissioned officers(NCOs) so as to provide referable data for their education,management and appointment in the army.Methods:A total of 81 directly enlisted medical NCOs were investigated via questionnaire,colloquia and interviews.Results:Their educational levels were reasonable on the whole,but those whose educational backgrounds disaccorded with medical NCOs' position accounted for 25.9%.As for the service motivation,employment urgency played an important role in 50.6% of the enlistees.Up to 70.0% the enlistees did not know what position they would work in.Furthermore,about 70.4% of them had a strong desire to serve in a good hospital subject of a division or brigade,and 10 % were going to retire from service as early as possible due to hard service condition.Conclusion:In spite of good basic quality,the entry for directly enlisted medical NCOs to enter the army should be controlled.Complete propaganda or guidance is needed because most of them have not girded themselves up for new work position and hard condition.
