Since ancient times,Xinjiang has been a multi - nationality region It is a vital communication line to connect Europe and Asia and a place to collect multi - cultures.The carriers of various cultures,Languages, are inevitable to conduct a mutual exchange and to have a reciprocal influence.Bilingualism and biligual education have been comtinuous from ancient times to the present.This article traces back to the course of the rapid development of bilingual education in Xinjiang from 2003 to 2008.
