摘要
新疆开展少数民族双语教学最大的难点是双语教师数量不足和质量不高的问题。文章对近几年新疆中小学少数民族"双语教师"的培养、培训及评价方式提出了对策和建议。
In developing the bilingual education of minority nationalities,the great difficulties lie in the shortage of bilingual teachers and the poor quality of teaching.This paper offers solutions and suggestions for ethnic bilingual teacher training and the mode of evaluation in Xinjiang primary and middle schools in recent years.
