江苏体育政府网站建设现状与发展对策研究

政府网站建设是政府信息化的重要组成部分,是推行电子政务、打造阳光政务的重要手段之一。政府网站建设不但直接影响政府管理功能的实施,而且对提高管理决策水平、促进社会发展有重要意义。十运会及北京奥运会江苏体育取得了历史辉煌成绩,加强江苏体育政府网站建设是与时俱进的必然要求。本文分析目前江苏体育政府网站建设现状,发现存在较大的地区差异、总体绩效水平落后、公众服务能力较弱等问题,为实现江苏体育十一五规划总体目标,更好服务竞技体育、全民健身计划,提出体育网站建设的原则、发展对策及建议,为江苏体育政府网站建设,创建好公众服务平台提供一定的参考。

The establishment of governmental websites is an important component of the informatization of governments, which is also a vital method to promote the E - governance and the openness and accountability of governance. This paper analyzes the present situation of Jiangsu＇ s sports administrative websites, which is characterized by the obvious regional discrepancy, low cost - effective ratio, and insufficient service abili- ty. This paper then proposes principles, suggestions and advices on improving Jiangsu＇ s sports administrative websites, aiming at the practice of the 11 th Five - Year Plan of Jiangsu Sports Development, better service to the professional athletics and sports -for- all programs, and definition of Jiangsu＇ s sports administrative websites as public service platforms.
