For a long time, athletes＇ disability problems seriously affect sports team, and disability protection of athletes has become one of the difficulties for sports teams＇ personnel work. This article analyzes the status and shortcomings of athletes＇ disability protection, and propose the countermeasures to provide the improvement for athletes＇ disability protection work.
