摘要
本研究旨在考察青少年网球训练安排中,平衡训练内容在训练课中安排的不同对于训练效果和青少年平衡能力的影响。研究结果显示,在技术训练前后安排平衡训练都对于青少年平衡性的具有显著的提高效果,但是在课前和课后的安排之间并无效果的显著差异。由此,研究者建议应当更加灵活的安排平衡训练,通过提高训练的专项化水平来提高平衡训练对于技术训练的辅助效果。
This research aims at showing the different effects of training arrangement during junior tennis training about the arrangement of balance training. The research results showed that balance training had significant effects on junior tennis training and be eartied out. But there are no significant differences between the training pre - and post - technique training. As a result, the researchers advised that the balance training programs be arranged more flexible according to the real situation and the training should be more specialized to have greater effects.
