摘要
网球运动是一项集技术、战术、超强体能、智商、心理素质等多种因素相结合,对抗性很强的竞技项目。作为一项高强度运动的竞技比赛项目,其训练和比赛过程必然遵守一般竞技比赛规律。但由于网球运动本身的特殊性,它有自己的特点。其中,良好的心理素质对赢得比赛胜利起着至关重要的作用。本文通过对网球运动员进行心理干预训练,探讨调控、缓解运动员焦虑的可行性方法,以提高网球运动员心理素质。
To athletes, tennis is the use of comprehensive in physical , skills and mental ability. The athlete who has a good psychological quality will be win in the match. As a means of control used in tennis training, psychological intervention training can relieve the anxiety of athletes. Study of combination methods such as literature and experimental were used in this paper. The experiment shows that psychological intervention - control training can reduced the cognitive and physical anxiety of athletes.
