摘要
依据形态学原理,描述了自行车运动骑行姿势正确的身体形态,和骑行姿势的形态特点。论述自行车运动员发展柔韧素质的重要性,探讨发展柔韧素质的主要方法,这对预防运动劳损有一定意义,在训练实践中也有一定的实用价值。
Based on morphological theory, describes the cycling rid- ing posture correct body shape and riding posture of the morphological features. Cyclists discussed the importance of the quality of the development of flexibility to explore the development of flexible quality of the main method, which is of some significance to prevent movement disorders, in the training practice, there are certain practical value.
