本文采用"跑格接斜板"辅助教学法与常规教学法对跳远"助跑与起跳结合"技术环节的教学进行对比实验研究。实验结果显示,在教学中采用具有针对性的辅助教学手段,能更好的提高教学效果,主要表现在学生能够在较短的学习时间内,更快、更好的掌握跳远技术。
